I went in expecting a decent amount of options, but the whole customization setup was kind of a “pick from these three sad choices” situation. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely more limited than I expected and disappointing.

For what you pay, it’s worth it. Nothing fancy or over the top, but it does the job and I’m happy with it...

I ordered from creativewagons.com because the website made it sound like delivery would take about a week, but now it’s been almost three weeks and my tracking has barely changed. That’s what’s throwing me off the most — the site says one thing, but the actual shipping experience has been totally different.

I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to wait a few more days, with no clear update or explanation. It’s been frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I’ll admit, I assumed this wagon would be quick to put together right out of the box. It looks nice now that it’s assembled, but getting there was more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and at first I thought I was doing something wrong because a couple pieces didn’t seem to line up right. It ended up taking way longer than I planned and got frustrating fast. It works fine now, but for the price, I really expected the setup to be smoother...

I had a tiny issue with my order and customer service got back to me super quickly. They fixed everything without turning it into some huge complicated saga, which I really appreciated. it was way smoother than I expected, and I’m really happy with the help.

The build was decent, definitely not the worst I’ve seen. A few edges were a bit rough and could’ve used more attention, but overall it gets the job done well enough.

I’m confused?? I used it normally, but it broke sooner than I thought it would. Some of the parts felt weak after regular use, and for the price, I expected it to hold up better
